From even before my first appt, when Ismini you helped me compile a wish list of dresses, you instantly knew what I was looking for. To trying them on with you and Maria during my shopping day and helping me select Reem Acra “Adore” which I will forever adore (and keeping me calm when I was indecisive!). To working with you both on the veil. Thank you again for everything!”

Heather Stuns in a Beautiful Mix of Gems and Lace

Beautiful Dimitra’s Bridal bride Heather O’Laughlin wearing Freya from the Boheme IV collection.  Australian designer Leah Da Gloria created such a beautiful mix of gems and lace.

Her wedding was at the Tippecanoe Place, a beautiful midwest manor that was built in the 19th century located in South Bend Indiana.  The rich and colorful history of this location along with Heather’s beautiful spirit brought the atmosphere that she wanted to bring to life on her wedding day alive.

Heather was so much fun from the moment she stepped into the salon.   When she put this beautiful gown on by Leah Da Gloria she just did not want to take it off.  It was as if we knew her for years and she instantly became part of Dimitra’s Bridal family.

Congratulations Heather and THANK YOU FOR ALLOWING US TO BE PART OF THIS VERY SPECIAL TIME WITH YOU!!!!!!

I am still processing and unwinding from the wonder and beauty of our wedding weekend, but to sum up everyone’s reaction to the dress in one word… “STUNNING.” I cannot tell you how often guests and social media friends have used that word to describe how beautiful I looked.

Thank you (and your team of course) for everything!! I truly believe that each and every person that played a role in making this day possible was brought into my life for a reason and you all are truly no exception to that. I can’t wait to stop in and see you all again soon!”

Victoria chooses Tony Ward Couture for her Wedding

Victoria Apostolopoulos came to us to find her wedding gown.   When she walked through our doors for her appointment she looked defeated and was quite upset.  I remember meeting Victoria and she started to cry because she felt as if she would never be able to find the perfect gown for her wedding.

We chatted for a bit and I advised her that the trunk show we were hosting that weekend is exactly what she was describing.  I also informed her that Tony Ward, the designer of the trunk show collection,  was attending the trunk show, which is quite rare, and she was able to meet him.  She was delighted with what she heard and was excited to start trying on bridal gowns again.

Tony Ward is a couture designer from Lebanon and is Aptly named ¨The Architect of Detail.  Every gown is a piece of art.

Victoria ended up choosing a gown from the Tony Ward Couture collection.  The style of her gown and veil was Gaeity.   It was the second gown she tried on.  Her face told the story as she started to tear up with joy.  She did not want to take the gown off and when she did,  just to solidify that this was her gown she could not wait to put it back on.    She truly looked like royalty and there was no doubt in her mind that this is the dress she would get married in.  She returned later that same day and  “Said Yes to the Dress.”

Once again, thank you a million times to you and all of your wonderful staff for all you guys did for me. I will cherish these moments and memories with your bridal salon forever!!
